All my hens started laying this week. 4 Month to 7 Month old.

Funny thing happened this week. My daughters birthday was coming up, she is 6 now, and we have 5 hens some are 4 months old and some are 6 months old and one is 7 months old. She said she wanted them to lay eggs for her birthday. They had not laid yet and I didn't think it was going to happen but when we went out at noon on her birthday we had 2 eggs from the 7 month old and the 6 month old hens. The funny thing is now the 4 month old hens started laying 2 days later. We have Americauna, Barr Rock, Wilsummer and milli fleur d'uccle bantam. The Milli and Bar are only 4 months old but they started laying. I just thought it was odd they would start so young.

Some smaller breeds do start laying earlier than the bigger breeds. Congrats on the eggs and a rather late "Happy Birthday" to your DD.
