I feel like 3 is an black Australorp (see the white wing tips...).

4 I'm going for Welsummer, but I think that there are other breeds that look similar to this at hatch.

5 I'll say barred Rock.

Sorry, I have no comment for 1 & 2...I guess that number 2 could be your SLW.
 
Number 2 is the SLW. Does the first have a red tinge? If so then maybe RIR or New Hampshire. I agree 3 looks like an Austrolorp, and the last is a barred rock.

I still think #1 is a RIR, New Hampshire, or a red sex link.

#4 could be a speckled sussex because of the leg color. EEs often have green legs.
 
Referring to #4 - there are several breeds of chickens that have chicks with the "chipmunk" look. I said Welsummer because I have Welsummers (and the pullets always have the "black eye liner"). Speckled Sussex and Easter Eggers are others & I don't know what else. The EEs that I've had before that looked "chipmunk" at hatch had green legs (but they might not nescessarily).

RIRs do NOT look like #4 at hatch.
