Needing the vent on top, some greenhouse roofing on the run. But our 5 hens and rooster are happy and healthy!

We have 3 Barred Rock & 3 Goldies 2 months old.

Will have a solar operated door and hanging larger food and water dispensers in the next phase!

Your coop needs lots of ventilation. I would open up 6-8" at the roof line front and back for some desperately needed fresh air.
