Well, after about a week of tweaking and slight mods I finally got the homemade incubator running steady. Since Thursday it's been running right around 99 - 100, humidity staying steady at 50%.
So, first thing Sat morning I carefully placed in 13 eggs (yeah, I know, what a number... but I like to tempt fate).
Temp and humitidy has stayed rock-solid since then, so maybe I've got a chance at this whole mysterious incubation thing!
