as some of you may know I have a crazy amount of chicks already...around 125 or so...

31 full grown chickens...

building another coop right now..

55 eggs in the bator...

and I just made plans to go pick up around 10 new chicks tomorrow!! (hubby doesn't know yet though!) They are silkie/cochin cross. I don't have any of those yet! and I have been dying to have some silkies...he is selling the chicks for $0.75 each or 3 for $2...

oh and I also have 10 ducks, 8 rabbits, a new puppy, a son that is 3 1/2 and a daughter who is almost 2...and 2 cats.

When counting, youngsters do not get added into the total. OP, you have 31 chickens. You MAY end up with an additional 54 + X + Y + Z, but... until they mature... don't list them in the count

4 hens two yrs old + new coop for 10 total + 11 two month old chicks unsexed, then my enablers (DS & DH) keep saying to go ahead and buy those beautiful black sex links ON SALE at West Walton feed for $2 each!
