Comb and waddles are 2 to 3 x larger a brighter red than the other 2.

Here is a picture of 2 of the 3 I got. They were all purchased on the same day. They had the same amount of feathers and came from the same place.

If it is a hen why would 1 develope quicker than the others.

everybody develops at their own rate. That's definitely a pullet, who's gonna lay before her sisters. It happens.

Agreed. No two birds mature at exactly the same rate.
