Am I handling broody hen correctly?

I have a broody hen who is staying broody. I put her in a separate pen with food and water. She is visible to the flock. After dark I place her on a roost with the others. By early morning she is back in the nest so I repeat the routine. I've been doing this for well over a week to no avail. What else can I do?
