Am I risking deformed ducklings with hen only incubating part time?

I have a broody hen with two healthy-looking fertilized eggs. From candling, we estimate they are around day 14 as there's some movement. The issue is that the eggs are only being incubated during daylight hours because the nest is in the run and the ducks are locked in a coop at night. My question is: should I allow these eggs to hatch, or do we run a huge risk of deformities from the part-time incubation? If the chances of healthy duckings is low, I'd find it easier emotionally to lose the eggs now than have to make hard decisions about a sickly duckling. Thank you!

I'm really surprised they're still viable being off heat half the time for two weeks. I'm doubting they'll make it to the end at that rate though. Can you just move her nest to the coop?
