Am I screwed? LG + three thermometers all disagreeing

I’m on day 2 of incubation 31 hatching eggs. LG thermostat will not agree with a cheap plastic one, a fancy thermometer and hygrometer (which agrees with cheap plastic), nor any other ransom thermometer I have. LG is set to 102, says it’s at 102, but other two thermometers are saying 96.5.

I’m scared to turn the LG up more. I bought a manual hovabator off amazon. It’ll be here in two days. I’m used to them and I trust manual more (I have a room heater that keeps the tiny bathroom consistent temps). But what do I do in the mean time? My first time trying chicken eggs. Are they screwed if they are, indeed, at 96.5 degrees for two days so far and another 2 until new hovabator comes in?

What should I do?

Also, how the heck can I tell if my LG egg turner is actually working?

Did you calibrate your thermometers before putting them in? Is it a still air or does it have a fan? I believe that a still it should be around 101. If its preset its 99.5.
Pics might help to see what your using. Is the turner the kind that they sit in pointy end down or laying on their side? I have one where they lay on thier side but you can tell from its position that its moving back and forth. Sometimes I see an egg rock when it moves them.

Ignore the numbers, they were after lifting the lid. I have no idea if forced or still air. I assumed forced but I don’t hear or see a fan. Just whatever is likely the heating element.

The digital thermometer said 99.5 when I went in, the LG said 101.5, and the plastic mercury looking one said 100.

The egg turner is an LG egg turner. (The whole unit was purchased from someone and I didn’t know to ask about the air). It’s definiteky moving- the plastic thermometer was in a different place when entering room.

I have no idea how to calibrate thermometers because it always asks to use a known correct one and I don’t believe I know one that is 100% correct. I was hoping the more I tried the more I’d figure it out.

The white box on top of LG is a wyze cam I’ve been monitoring temps with. It’s filming the thermometer i believe to be most accurate.
