i just recently naturaly hatched 15 chicks and i live in kenya advice what drugs do i start them on and is there any special feeding i need to introduce?

There are probably vaccines specific to Kenya. You may want to ask around there.
Other than that I don't recommend any drugs unless there is illness.
Keep the bedding dry and feeder at least half full to prevent coccidiosis.
The mom will take care of everything else if you'll let her raise them.
If you are feeding a layer feed now, switch to a starter/grower that is higher in protein and lower in calcium.
If you don't currently feed a commercial feed then just feed what you feed the rest of the flock.

Your best bet would be to consult a vet that works with poultry and other farm animals. Congrats on the hatch, by the way!
