Amber roo??? ( still a newbie at this)

My 13 week ambers just went through their molt and I am pretty sure this one is a boy... But he hasn't started crowing yet can someone please confirm weather it is a roo

He is a cockerel, and the one to his left in the first picture may be a cockerel also.

Thank for confirmation ..... That's what I thought. How do you tell besides the dark specks between a pullet and a roo???
