Its day 18 and i have 9 out of 11 eggs alive. the temp has been going from 99.5 too 100.5 and humidity 45 to 55. From day 18 on can the humidity be 65 bc I cant get it raise up and i already have 4 rags in it. plz help

Don't worry about it. The first hatchling will get that humidity up for the rest. Some experienced hatchers loose track of time, and don't remember to do a lock down. They do a dry hatch, and have chicks popping out of eggs like popcorn, while still riding the egg turner!
65% is actually the recommended (at least), so don't fret too bad. Usually when the first egg starts to hatch your humidity will jump a bit naturally. I would caution against opening the bator any more than necessary to keep it at that level though. I use sponges in mine and shoot for 75% so I have more leeway.
