Hello all! Earlieer this year, I bought 4 Ameracaunas from TSC. Only 2 have survived. These are my two. Any guesses on genders? They are about 16 weeks old. Sorry, the whiter chicken was laying down and its hot today so I didn't want to mess with it too much. When it stands though, it looks identical to the gray/brown one - they are just different colors. Even their combs are almost identical! If you need better pictures, just let me know.

Oh, that stinks! Anyways, how can you tell? I just want to know for future purchases! LOL

well the typical black and white for male EEs is what your white and black one looks like, the black and white ee females look different and on the other EE it's the dark red coming in on his wing bows and both have too big and red of a comb for a pullet of 16 weeks and saddle feathers are starting to come in on them

Definate roosters. Both have large red combs and wattles. On the first one, those dark red/orange splashes on the wings means rooster also. Thick legs and big feet are signs of a boy too.
