How do I get 20 posts when all I have is eggs for sale right now. Do I keep posting the same thing to get 20 posts. How does this work? I am new to this and don't know how to use the forum, any help would be appreciated on how to use this properly.

First I think you should go to "where am I, where are you," in the social forum - so you can locate and post on your state thread. That way you will reach some people that live closer to you.

second: you don't need to make the same post 20 times. Reply to some new members just like I am replying to you. You only need to say

to each of the new members and that will count as separate posts.


Third in your signature area - use it to mention what type of eggs you have available - eating or hatching etc. That way every time you post on BYC people see info about your eggs, without you mentioning it every time yourself.

fourth Are you permitted to advertise in your area, like on craig's list, posting small ads at the feed stores, or even having a sign near your driveway - so people become aware of you.
