This was my first time buying from a local farm and I honestly trust her more than TS, but also haven’t been worried about one being a rooster until now. I’m 98% sure she’s a hen because her feathers are rounded, but she can be a real a-hole (but is also the oldest). So here I am. Hen or rooster?

How old is the bird, and can you post a free standing profile picture showing the head. The bird is an Easter Egger , not an Ameraucana.

Here’s two more. It’s about 10 weeks. I have hens with some pointed tail feathers like this one. All of this ones other feathers are rounded.

He’s a cockerel. Those feathers are pointed
I have a hen that also has some pointy tail feathers just like this one. All the other feathers are rounded. Some look pointed because of its coloring on its body. Or do you think the tail is ~too~ pointy?

Depending on the bird's age, tails can be a relatively poor indicator of gender.
