Beautiful bird! I am going to go with cockerel but I don't see any sickle, so there's still hope! But he/she does have those tail feathers that look kind of droopy and very shiny.

Wow! Stunning bird!!

Hmmm, looks like I may be seeing some pointy neck feathers and that tail feather looks pretty long and curled over, but I can't see the pointy saddle feathers if they're there. The posture is also making me think cockerel/rooster.

Hopefully more people with experience in this breed and age can chime in with their opinion.

This one has me stumped, too. I'm leaning cockerel but it's one of those birds you're just going to have to wait a while longer to get an accurate answer.

Thanks guys. Here's one that's more clear. Also, it has a bit of yellow leakage- I'm not sure if hens get this?
