Thank you I will! I hope she makes it until Tuesday. She has been standing up now and then but still puffed and no eating or drinking. I’ve been syringe feeding her corid water, and I also just syringe fed her some egg yolk. I went past her trachea so I know she didn’t aspirate.. a little water dribbled out of her beak a few minutes after I gave her the syringe of water. I put her back in her crate and she is laying on her side but breathing. I sure do hope she rallies. I will feel better if I see her stand up again after taking in more medicine.. I will be treating the entire flock with corid as a preventative measure until I know for sure what’s going on. She’s definitely not better since the Valbazen last night. I’m concerned that there isn’t improvement yet, when should I see the effects of Valbazen? I have given her 3 syringes of corid water, 3mL total. One before bed and 2 now. How often would you give her water? I was hoping she’d have the strength to drink on her own quickly. She may be a bantam or just small, hard to know.
I hope she improves, keep us posted and if the vet does see her let us know what you find out.
