Ameraucana pullet?

I have 4 Ameraucanas- 1 is for sure a HE, and I am fairly certain the other 3 are girls. Here is a pic of one of the 3 that are believed to be females, what do you guys think? They are 12 weeks old.

Looks like a pullet to me. She is cute too.
