Ameraucana?

I bought these 2 and they were labeled as Ameraucana hens. I believe 1 definitely is, she's got the dark legs and face poofs but the other looks very different. Any ideas what she could be?

Easter Egger pullet. You other is most likely probably an EE as well. EEs are always labeled as Ameraucanas to trick people.

Agree likely both Easter Eggers. Better photos of the second bird will help.

I deleted the original picture of her face but here's a quick collage I made lol. Here's the second one, she has the dark legs. Her name is Birdie Sanders. I *think* this one might me an Ameraucana but I'm having doubts now. Out of the 4 chicks I got from this place, so far 2 aren't what they were labeled as.

The Ameraucana doesn’t surprise me. It’s extremely common to be mislabled when reallly it is an EE. They do it trick people into thinking they are getting a purebred, instead of an EE which is actually a mix.

Don't despair, unless you plan on breeding them, it does not really matter. Your EE will be great layers and you will likely get a nice mix of egg colors from them. Anything from blue to green to pink to tan.
