So here’s the situation, I have a almost one year old BO hen who is my buddy. When I’m out in the yard with them she’ll come over for me to stroke her chin or pick her up and carry her for a bit, or just simply pet her. Anyway, recently she seems to be a bit more demanding and will peck me to let me know I’m not finished paying attention to her, with the occasional blood letting. She also seems to hunker down a bit, I wouldn’t say she’s full on squatting. So, I’m starting to wonder if I’ve inadvertently entered into an amorous or dare I say potentially erotic(in her mind) relationship with this hen. She’s never mean and really never hurts when she pecks me although as mentioned she just draw a little blood from time to time. 
Well, a line does need to drawn.
