My chicken Scaley passed away and was positive for Mycoplasma synoviae upon necropsy. I ordered this before she passed away but was planning to treat the flock after deworming and corid after the necropsy results showed cocci, capillary and cecal worms, and the MS.

The flock seems fine as far as respiratory illness goes, Just a wet sneeze once in a while. However Dove has a hurt and swollen knee and leg at the top large end of her drumstick that I am afraid may be infection related.

Do I dose this the same as the package instructions that might be for pigeons?
Should I still treat the flock or just Dovey?

She hates being alone and I switch between her and the rooster in the XL dog crate in the run so he doesn't mate on her and make it worse. She is his favorite and it hurts her leg when he mates.

Mycoplasma synovitis or MS is very hard to treat, compared to MG. It is a bacterial arthritis which causes swollen joints and pain. Tylosin is a drug that can treat mycoplasma, and others are tetracyclines (oxy, chlor, and doxy,) and Tiagard/Denagard. Again MS is hard to treat because it does not have a cell wall. Amoxicillin does not treat mycoplasma. If you are going to use the AmoxyTyl, I would mix it 1 tsp per gallon, since each size bird will drink the amount of water they need. Chickens will drink more than pigeons. Here is a good article on MS:
