My 2 roosters are so mean to my new Wheaten Americana hen they are bigger and the Ancona is pecking so hard at her and the barred rock is cornering her into the wall. My hen speckled Sussex is mean to her to I think for dominance. Should I get rid of my mean roosters?

Much more information needed.
How many birds in total?
How many hens and how many roosters?
Ages of each sex?
What is their living arrangement?
How much space in the housing? What size is the run or do they free range?

We have 7 chicks 5 hens and 2 roosters About 2 months old they live in a 2 story little house we are still building the run

2 month old chickens are pullets and cockerels. Hens and Roosters are over a year of age.
Hence my confusion and inability to answer your initial post.
When you referred to roosters and hens, I assumed you were talking about adult birds.
Knowing they are 2 months of age sheds a whole new light on the situation. At that age, they are just beginning to establish the pecking order but at that age it still has nothing to do with the sex of the birds.
For now, they likely don't have enough space. What is the square footage of the interior of the coop?
Also, you refer to one bird as being 'new'. Established flocks don't take kindly to interlopers, especially if space is limited.
Eventually you'll have to lose at least one of the cockerels. Two will likely start either overbreeding 5 pullets or fighting.
