Just wanting to put this out there before someone says it:

He is NOT a White Langshan. Langshans do not have yellow beaks or legs.

So...I would go with a cross of some type seeing as how he has sparse feathering...possibly a White Cochin crossed with a White Plymouth Rock? Unless you know for certain he is a pure, then my guess would be White Cochin.
