Angry Red Skin and Losing Feathers

Hi my friends, I recently found my girl that her belly (with picture below) shows red and dry skin, and there’s no feathers coming out, seems like it’s been irritated…anyone knows what is it and how can I treat her? Much love and thanks.

Looks like it could be from laying in the nest boxes. Hens either wear off the feathers or pluck them sometimes for better contact with the eggs.

It also could be from roosting. What type of roosts do you have? Sanded 2x4's with the 4 up can help to prevent breast blisters as it helps to distribute their weigh better.
