It looks pretty bad the bone is sticking out on my silkie and the sebrights leg was ripped clean off im trying to upload the pics as we speak

A wound with a bone sticking out will never heal; the chick would need surgical removal of the bone. The one with the missing limb might survive with wound care, but you will have a crippled chicken for life. It might walk using the opposite wing as a crutch, but that would create an ongoing problem with sores on the wing.
