Animated Avatars?

How do I upload an animated avatar?

Usually animated avatars need to be animated .gifs. These can be built out in any number of graphics programs, the most common being flash. But anything that will generate an animated gif will do.

If you have any more specific questions about how to go about doing this let me know. I'll try to point you in the right direction.
