Annoying squawker!!!

Lately one of my hens have been squawking alot when other hens have been nesting and laying. I have 3 nesting boxes for five hens which is plenty because they all lay at different times. But if any of my other hens are nesting she comes in and stares at them for awhile then just start squawking loudly. My Rooster comes racing in when she starts squawking then when he sees there is nothing to be worried about and he loses interest.
Is that normal for a hen to stand near a fellow hen and just squawk and squawk?

It is definitely not clucking it is loud and ear piercing if you get too close.

One of mine does that. I thought maybe egg envy (she's not laying yet at 24wks) or its just that she's a weirdo. That's probably not very helpful...

Ah, the egg song. It is so contagious. Mine, all 8, will get going at once. I guess they all want to share in the glory.

That's normal for my hens, I have 50 something and there is always a squawker or two, what's really annoying is when the stand outside your window and squawk for 5 min straight!

Ok, thanks guys. It is only one hen. She is a pretty strange one too. I'm glad all of them don't get going at once its only one.
