Glad to hear others do this. It just seemed like something that made sense to me. I have it in the runs and in the grassy area where my ducks hang out, though it isn't feasible to cover the larger area that the chickens free range in. It definitely has deterred the eagles and I'm assuming the larger hawks (and owls) as well.
