Another crop question about the same young cockerel 🙈

I asked a question about my young cockerels crop a few weeks ago because of a nagging feeling I had about it. I did feel settled with it until now. Slade is around 9-10 weeks old now & I’ve been letting them free range for the first time these past 2 days. Last night I noticed he was doing this motion with his head, & just a few moments ago he was doing it again. Has anyone seen this before? I have the feeling he might end up with some crop issues down the road because of how low it seems to hang...
