another feed question

My first batch of pullets and one Rooster have reached 22 weeks.I switch them over from the medicated starter crumbles to 16% layer.Did I buy the right food the pullets and roo?

Yes. Some people start the layer feed at 18 - 20 weeks, others wait for their first egg. I don't think a week or two in either direction makes much difference.
My roos eat the layer pellets just like the hens do.
