Another finished Lowe's Playhouse Coop

That is a nice looking coop. We were in Lowes the other day and were looking at these playhouses. They were on sale (half price), and we were actually considering converting it into a coop. I see someone already had the idea.

Your playhouse turned out great!!!!!!

My husband built me a nice coop for my laying flock, but I purchased one of these Lowe's Playhouses for my daughter b/c she wanted her own banty flock. Her's is still in it's box sitting in the garage collecting dust waiting.......

It's great to see what people have done with them. I like the way the nest boxes are on the outside to free up more room on the inside of the coop.

Wow, I love those nestboxes with the door to get the eggs! I have to go to Lowe's now to see if they have any of the houses on sale! I love this idea! Yours looks like a 'dream' house for sure. Great job! I bet your neighbors can't complain about that!

Can I ask how much you paid for the playhouse? We have a Lowe's, but it's quite a drive... but if the price is right I'll make the trip!!

I think I paid about $199, plus they gave me an extra 10% off if I remember correctly.
