another hatching question

on day 18/19 do the chicks stop moving in the shell to get ready to hatch ? even after they internally pip?

No, they will still move around some. That's why you will hear mention of eggs "rocking and rolling". They will take "breaks" while they are pipping because it's pretty exhausting to do that much work as a tiny chick so don't be alarmed if they take nap breaks.
