Another hen or rooster question

So I have this chicken that's about 12 weeks old, a Houdan, and I love this chicken. But, I'm thinking my Las Vegas Showgirl chicken is a drag queen. Am I wrong in thinking this is a rooster?







 
That messy crest makes me think cockerel. Female crests have a round, neat appearance.

Yesterday I noticed the feathers on the back. I was looking at houdan hen pictures, and none of them have those skinny long feathers. I'm so sad. Thank you for responding!
