This is an 11 week old barnevelder that was supposed to be a pullet but I've suspected for some time that she is in fact a cockerel. Her/his comb started turning pink at 8 weeks, but at 11 weeks I would have expected some saddle feathers by now. I'm also concerned that I don't see a double lace pattern by now.
I took this picture today. What's the verdict?

Welcome to BYC!
He is a cockerel for sure. While it is the norm to start to see pointed saddle and hackle feathers between 10 and 12 weeks, it is very much down to the individual.
One of mine hardly had any at 19 weeks, although that isn't so common!

That’s a cockerel- hopefully you wanted at least one.
I didn't really want one but I'm open to keeping him if he doesn't cause problems. He's my favorite, honestly. The only chicken I have that likes to jump into our laps.

Oh man, that was my Marshmallow, too. So friendly, loves to be held and petted.... I would read up a bit on cockerel/ rooster behavior and how to avoid problems. Unfortunately, everything I see says overly handling a cockerel is a recipe for a rooster who does not respect you. Luckily for me, my Ivy chick also likes being held, and she's most likely female. I have decided to stop handling Marshmallow more than necessary. :/

I’ve been taking this approach with my 11 week old cockerel. I’m hoping his good nature continues, fingers crossed for us all lol!
