Another Lockdown Question with PIC?

Hi,
I was told to put my eggs in egg cartons with holes cut out in the bottom. I didn't realize how many eggs I have.

Does this look too tight for them or will they have enough room? And is the thermometer OK where it's at or should I move it? Will it prevent the eggs from hatching or humidity getting in?

Setup looks OK to me! Sometimes you just have to do the best u can with what ya got! Beautiful eggs... Hope you have a good hatch...
