another question re: a different baby chick with stress

Besides the one with splayed legs, I have another chick that I've been told may be stressed. She has pasty butt and is being picked on by the others because her head feathers are all matted and look wet.

We are going to put in a red light to "hide" her a little more (we don't have the means to isolate her). I'm also working diligently to get her cleaned up.

I'm also going to add the following to the water:

a tbl of molasses
2 tbl of Apple Cidar Vinegar

I've been told to add electrolytes to the water. Can I add all these things at once?

Can we address this on your other post as well? They are likely related and I'd hate to see some information here that might be useful there, or there that might be useful here - lost.
