Thanks again for the confirmation of our suspicions. Between these replies and actually looking at the picture we took, it's pretty clear we were sold a Roo. I think we were kind of in denial, it's not like he grew that comb and got aggressive overnight. I'm fine with it and even my wife is accepting of the situation. He's ours now & will hopefully help keep the hawks and owls away. He has 9 hens and should be a happy guy
