Hey from South Louisiana. I'm putting forth an attempt at learning independence and self-sustainability. I've had a small kitchen garden for a few years and am now branching out with 5 chicks (Reds). Part of the shed is now a coop, the garden will expand this year to include a raised herb garden, who knows what next year holds, maybe enlarge the kitchen garden so as to try my hand at canning. Have learned a lot from reading the threads and now I'm diving in full steam.
