Ant Poison in the Run

Not using my brain at all…I did some ant spot treatment in my future run. It’s been about a week, and my girls are still several weeks from being ready to use the run. I plan to water the heck out of it where I treated and hopefully dilute it to a safe level. Anyway, I used Spectracide Lawn Protector granular poison. The main ingredient is lambda cyhalothrin. I read on a list (posted in this forum) of pesticides that can be used in chicken facilities, this ingredient was approved- but in liquid form. Any other advice other than watering a bunch in the next few weeks??
