antibiotic for bumble foot?

hello everyone, my last thread i talked abt how how my chickens got bumblefoot, thankfully one of them didnt! and i also talked about how one of them had their kernel refusing to pop out and and the ither one just seems to have grown back (they all have low grade bumble foot and dont limp or seem bothered by it at all) we talked to a vet if theres any other way to treat it esp since well have to treat 3 chickens everyday and he prescribed us antibiotics (amoxicillin 20%) my question is how would thag get rid of the bumblefoot exactly? does the kernel just drop off by itself? and also im in the 4th day of treating them for 9 days, and the one hen with the annoying kernel doesnt seem to be making much progress but it also isnt getting worse, am i being impatient? should i make a decision when the antibiotic treatment is done? if anyone has used only antibiotics to treat bumblefoot before id love to hear ur thoughts

wdym? like if they have bumblefoot at all or if the bumblefoot is infected? for now one of them dropped the kernel and the rest have it super dried up so im guessing the antibiotics r working, we will update the vet anyway!
