Any advice?

Hi guys! I have three 9 week old chicks, and I need advice on building their run. They have a small coop and run, but the run is not big enough. We have a small side yard that is 21 feet by 7 feet. I somehow have to figure out how to build two gates, and hawk proof the top. Any advice would be appreciated.
