Hello all. I just got 5 new hampbar chicks, apx 6 weeks old. Had them in the house, let them go outside yesterday to acclimate on nice day and meet my other girls then put them back in brooder and now they won't stop chirping at night. I'm worried for them and idk what they need

Maybe they need the light on?

They have a red light on plus our garage/ hangout has a TV and regular light that's heated. They're not panting, or staying in the shade.its too cold to put them out in the big coop. I only have 3 other girls due to hawks. It's spring time in Indiana. I'd post a picture but technically ignorant

Oh, I'm sure they're fine. They may have realized how nice it is to be outside and are protesting, mine did that.
