4 month old rooster he has a large pea comb that hangs over

Definitely some kind of mix like EE or wyandotte. Is that comb ripped? Or actually falls over?

No not cut at all. Just fall over like a CCL comb it's so crazy never seen anything like that. He is super gorgeous though
