Any chance my he is a she?

This giant baby is 13 weeks old and the feathers and personality have been screaming boy since he hatched but the comb and wattles are still not red or growing. I have arrangements for a new home for him (3 hours away but I think he would have a good long life there). Is there even a 1% chance he is actually a she at this point, or is my dream completely dead? No crowing yet so I can hold onto him a little longer for now.

He's a cock. Along with the red comb, you can see his male hackle and saddle feathers starting to grow in. The rust colored red is also very common in male EEs and other mixes.
