And one of them has a white or 2 feather on there wings i hope u can see waht does taht mean? is it not a true IB?

And does anyone have an idea of how old this peacock is and if it is at least half grown or no?

The two little ones look like mine, and they are about 10 weeks old. And the big one looks like my 3-month-old.
 
Ok my ratio is all bad 4:1,male to fenale gotta find some fenales next year I guess hopefully
 
That's my luck as well hatch 20 males and 5 hens this year hatched out 37 males and 12 hens now that's bad. But only have 2 males and 1 hen left sold all the others.
 
To answer your other question, the male in the second picture is split to something with white- white or silver pied or pied. He'll look like a normal IB, but have white flight feathers, and if he were bred to something with white (ie, a pied or a white or something), you might get different colored offspring.
