Hi! I currently have 3 chickens, and is looking to add more. I would rather avoid young chicks as I only have 2 hens and a rooster. I'm a big chicken momma! Just looking to take in more. I do not care if they lay or not or very old. They are simply my family and will never be eaten. Even the rooster! Lol.

Have you looked on Craigslist? How about swap boards/meets?

More importantly, do you have a way to quarantine incoming birds, so you don't introduce sickness or disease to your flock?

Hey! I have four silkies (2 male, 2 female) that need a home. They're great little birds, they just don't fit in with the rest of my large-extra large flock.
I travel to Berea every 6-8 weeks to see my kids at college. I'm sure we could work something out.
