Any Dark Red Chicken! ~RIR Please!

Looking for a RIR in my vicinity, anything within reasonable travel distance will be great!

Or.. any other chicken that is completely red, the darker red, the better!

Must be a pullet, no chicks. The closer to laying age, the better!

I have a RIR hen, 13 months old, that I could easily be talked out of. She bites. When you're least expecting it, and she has a knack for pinching the tiniest amount of skin when she does this. That said, I actually kind of like her and can't bring myself to send her to the freezer or to list her on Craigslist. Sound like something you're interested in? I'm in Ohio, send me a PM.

That's OK, but thanks. We would miss her anyway. The kids call her Rosey, and she was one of our original 6. She's a great layer with so much personality, we tolerate her indiscretions. I am reluctant to rehome her to just anyone, because i'm not so sure that others could put up with her. Good luck finding a red chicken!
