Any downsides to building a quail or rabbit hutch into a chicken coop?

I'm in the process of designing an 8x8 chicken house and would like to include a quail or rabbit hutch along with a small brooder for new chicks. The chicken house may end up a bit bigger (maybe 10x10) but I need to double-check my run measurements before I commit. The chicken house will have an electrical hookup.

Is there any animal husbandry reason not to put rabbits or quail inside a chicken coop as long as it is cleaned out regularly and well-maintained? They would have no direct contact with the chickens and would not be allowed to comingle together.

I just would think that if you kept rabbits inside of the chicken coop even though they were housed separately, the smell of the rabbit urine and poop is pretty ammonia smelling and that might not be good for the chickens.
