Any good success with the 12 egg HHD incubator?

I have this incubator (HHd incubator) I've hatched 3 out of 11 eggs in this one from ebay. Wondering if it is the incubator or the eggs. I'd love to hear what experience you guys have with this incubator.

I just tried hatching using this brooder. Followed all directions, made sure it was the right temp, the right humidity, etc. None of the cream legbar eggs hatched. However, the eggs shipped during an extremely chilly spell (February 28th) and I live in Maine. I don’t know if it was the eggs, the device, or a bit of both.

Ok, I have more eggs that start to incubate on Saturday
