Any guesses at when my ladys might start to lay

I got these 2 ISO brown pullets 2 weeks ago and I was just wondering if anybody would know if they look like they are about to start?
Paris in front jlo in the back

Combs still look kinda pink. When they get red then eggs should be anytime.
